According to a recent EHI study, AI applications already support forecasts, supply processes, customer service, and personalized interactions. At the same time, we often see that many companies are still at the beginning. Data integration, interfaces, and data quality are not yet good enough to fully use AI. Early platform solutions, like modern data lakes, show the potential of a well-designed data architecture.
